Well, I would like to first start off by saying that I am SO GLAD we got to attend Turkey Bowl. Lee and I went up, left here about 11. Weather was nasty here, but it was fine at TRP. It was about 45 degrees with wind (the wind making it seem a bit colder than it really was). We ended up playing 4 games. Our team (Blue) won 2. The premise was to capture the Turkey, which was at the center of the particuar field we were playing. To make things interesting, the Turkey was a Honeysuckle Turkey, which looked to be a 20lb one.
They divided the fields up into may sections. There will be a small Helmet Cam video to come on this. Probably a nice 5 minute deal.
All in all a great day with roughly 50sh in attendance! Wish you guys could have made it.
Now on to some of my findings:
1)Losing 100+ lbs is a blessing, but my body isnt use to the frigid temps hehe. I could definitley tell a HUGE difference in running and sprinting to different locations on the field today. Not being out of breath when you reach your destination is a good thing

2) Though I absolutley LOVE the look of the Longbow...it is not practical. Its near impossible to put the tubes back in the harness when under fire. Its also exteremely time consuming to reload them while in a game. Especially if the games are only 10 minutes and the fields are really close. I learned how to move around with them. Thats not a problem. Ive decided to sell the Longbow mags and pouches, as well as my T9.
Longbow Adapter. If I can sell them, Ill consider keeping the Q-Loader.
3) I played pump for 3 out of the 4 missions today.Got a total of 7 elmininations. Most being in a mission where we had to take the turkey from the fort. You guys will see that in the HC vid. It was honestly an amazing game for me. Being able to own speedball players with a pump is one of the most gradifiying feelings ever. I have decided to by a Lapco Grey Ghost. I shot a Phantom to compare it to the GG. The Grey Ghost owns it in every way. I must have one. Jackson, thank you for letting me use it.
All in all I rate the day 8.5/10
