I've been thinking about getting an UMP Phenom for the last couple days but can't decide. I dunno if it's worth selling my TM15 to get one or not. TM15 is a great looking and performing gun, but I want an UMP. I know I'm going to loose money on making the switch so that's why I need your help, should I get a Phenom or use the TM15? I figure I can get 400ish from TM15. That will cover the Phenom. Then I would need to buy the UMP stock, front shroud, and Lapco Assault Barrel. All and all I'd be out 150ish if I can get 400 from Tm15, but I'd have a brand new gun....granted the TM15 has only been used twice.

Overall, I think the TM-15 is the better base gun.

But for looks and extra features, the Phenom can't be beat.  Plus I want to get inside one and check it out.  Tongue

I would stay with the tm15. But I know how it is to want a new gun. I think in a few months you will be able to pick up a used phenom for around $250. The phenom is pretty sick though.

a front grip. would cover the whole front rail on front of gun. then you have several choices of where to put your hand.

That grip looks beautiful.  And the UMP mag with the faux exposed bullets!!!  Amazing.

Both are excelent markers to use but I have some issues with them, The TM15 isn't as cusomizable as the Phenom but has that true assult rifle look and feel to it. The Phenom on the other hand looks more like a sub machine gun unless you get a scenarioarms 5.56 mag/well add on

Sadly i have not given the Phenom much thought until now.  I was reasearchingit some and noticed a key element, spool valve.  this is a winner for me, i loved the spool i had on the SP1  the popit had quite a learning curve for me.  anyways, if i get the desire to unload the T2 and dont go with a T8 maybe a phenom?
