Similar to Hudds decision about the T8.1 or T9.1, I was considering selling my T9 for a T4 as opposed to a T9.1. Ever since I seen the T4 I wanted one..now more so since the short mag is coming out and we have our team discount. What are your thoughts. Especially Lee and Brad..since you guys got to hold one. Do you know if they can take Lapco Barrels? Theres also the possiblity to keep both  |

I personally love the T4. If I could handle a huge gun like that I would have that for sure. My play style requires me to have a small compact SMG type gun though. For you I think the T4 would be perfect JJ, and it pretty much looks like you T9 does, but 100% better.
My only question would be, do you ever plan on using the T9 as pistol form? If your answer is no I say sell the T9 and get a T4. No point in having both since they require different mags and both can run on a hopper.
As for if it can take a Lapco barrel. I don't think you can change the barrel out at all. The barrel is attached to the charging handle some how to switch between mag and hopper fed, and I'm almost sure it is not the same way current Lapco barrels attach to a T9 or T8. So I would say it would need it's own special barrel, and since there is only 1000 T4s that were made I don't see anyone making a barrel for it. The good news is that it is already First Strike ready stock out of the box, and the Tiberius barrels are pretty good in the first place. The Lapco ones are just that much better than everything else.

I dont ever forsee running as a Pistol. The T4 looks amazing and I could put all my current mods on it. Well at everything but the magwell on my T9.
I still think Im going to be paying alot for it because I dont think I can get that much out of my T9 :-/

If you sell your stock T9, mag/magwell, riser/scope or red dot, Lapco Barrel I'd say you can get 300-325 out of it.

I was going to keep the riser, red-dot for the T4. If I dont sell the scope I have, I can put it on the T9.

T4 also comes with rails guards, but I'd keep yours for other guns.
Also a bi pod you could sell for extra cash. Ohh and don't forget that baller hard case with T4 cut out foam inserts.

I have a hot wire foam cutter so I can make some custom foam cutouts if any one wants them. I just need to find some faom. There not perfect like you get from the factory but there pretty good.
