Right now I am thinking, sell the A5 also and go x7 primary and either pistol or cheep speedbal marker back up. The Tippy's seem to be very reliable. However I am not 100% and open to suggestions. The TM7 is in the back of my mind.

TM-7 is very nice. I am having a little trouble with mine, but I have number 200 so I knew I was going to. BT is aware of the problems that have occured and fixed all of them to my knowledge. The TM-7 will set you back 100 more clams initially, but you get so much more for it. You will end up putting far more into the X7 to get it where you want it to be with things like stock, barrel, cyclone mods, egrip, front grip, etc. With the Tm7 it is pretty much good to go out of the box. The only thing I think it really needs is a new barrel. For places like MVP the stock one is ok, but at TRP with the bigger fields and longer shots you need a 12 inch barrel.
Don't get me wrong, I loved my X-7 and miss it dearly. It performed like a champ and never let me down. It just took me a heck of a lot of money to get it where I wanted it, and I kept finding stuff to add to it. Now I have the TM-7 and I am looking for excuses to buy stuff for it and can't find them....

I would go the route of the TM7. The X7 is just a glorified A5. Thats it. Theres no difference between the 2 except for the porting on the X7 cyclone feed and the look. Id stick with your A5 and play around with the look of it. Sell the SP and get a TM7. Very Nice!

Yup, get a TM-7 stick an Apex on it and tear it up man! If you want to try one out you can run with mine sometime during the off season if we get together.

The TM-7 cant use CO2, so I would keep your A-5 so you can use it if we play at Cooper's or something.

Good point dean.
See this is where the team and the forum come in handy...
What about selling the A5 and getting a mid grade spyder like the RS or VS3 to cover the other end of the spectrum?
Thoughts?

I was just thinking to have something that can lay the paint if needed.. How ever that is one reason I am getting rid of the SP1, because it eats to much paint.

On another note, I want to write a review on the SP1 for the forum before I give it up. Do you guys have a format you like to use when writing a review? Any appitie to do a video review for the site before then. I noticed that we don't have one...

You obviously haven't held the right Spyder.
