Its probably one of the 3 o-rings within the mag itself.  You have to take these out and oil them before each use, otherwise they get brittle real quick and will crack, distort shape or just flat out rip.  If you have discharged a 12 gram or two that still had a good amount of CO2 in them still, you probably weakened one of the o-rings if it was not oiled properly.

I have went thru about 4 or 5 orings this year with just 2 mags playing.  That was before I realized what was causing the issue.  O-rings just were not able to seal due to being weak.  New o-rings in, problems fixed.

Just keep em oiled  Wink

Ok, since I've stressed all options of doing away with my time, its time I dive into my Gun, and see if I can fix it, or mod it to work.

So I'm working on fixing up this gun, see if I can figure out how to perminately keep that damned spring in place.

I'll let you know of my final resolve...

So, I think I finally fixed it. As it's happened before, that Sear Spring likes to pop out of place... A lot.

( I know, horrible quality, but you can still see the fuzz of a spring popping out of place)

I fixed the problem, hopefully (Still need to test fire, I'll do it tomorrow since its late now.)

I modified the Sear spring by cutting it down, making it smaller so it is closer to the mechanics. Next I pulled slack out from the spring, making it a little smaller (and defecting it a little, but hopefully will have no effect on the over all performance)

Finally, I took the bottom part of the Sear Spring (Where it put force to the Mechanics of the Air Block to keep it from spewing all the Air Out at once, and instead, only releasing air when the trigger is pulled) and put a bend to it to have it dissipate the over all force of the spring over a large surface, rather than a single point making it prone to falling back off. As well, I took the top of the spring, where it made contact with the air block to apply resistance towards the bottom of the spring, and bent it down so it has a better surface area as well, and is less prone to maneuvering.

So far, I've jerked, tossed, dropped, hit, slapped, and beat the crap out of the air block alone, and the spring hasn't come loose yet, so I'm hoping it stays that way. My next solution is lock-tight super glue LOL.

Test One:

I instantly know my modifications have worked, for the most part.

I slapped the mag in with 8 rounds and a full CO2 and it didn't leak at all.

However, I think I assembled the trigger assembly wrong, because I went to test fire and it didn't shoot, just the sound of the clicking of the trigger. I'm going to look into it again, and go back to the manual haha.

Did you push the bolt forward before re-installing the trigger/reg block?  Sounds like the bolt is trapped behind the release.

Re-set the bolt after I cleaned the guts out and everything. Gun should be good for the test fire later today.

I'd just like everyone here to know, that even after months of figuring out whats wrong with it, after many attempts there have been to fix it, and all the sweat and tears put into this gun... It just doesn't... NOT WANT TO WORK ANYMORE, WOOOOOOO!!!!!! Lol

I think that finally put the fix on it, and the resetting the bolt was the problem I had. Thanks for the help. Hopefully I won't have to do anymore crap to this gun, otherwise I might throw it to my Dog for a chew toy.

Yes lol, it works. I haven't fired a ball threw it, but I put a Mag in with a CO2 in, and fired all of it threw and it was perfectly fine. No leaks, no hissing, no sputtering, nada anything negative. Hopefully the mods will hold to and keep it from messing up again.

Yea, me too. Didn't want $200+ going down the drain with a simple spring lol
