BAN PIZZA!!!

Yeah son.

Just put 2000 psi of my 68ci tank through it.  Probably about 30 shots.  No mishaps, hang ups, issues, etc and the o-rings still look brand new.

I bought a crap ton of o-rings.  Ended up using 006 D70 o-rings for the small ones and a 012 D90 for the big one.  The D or durometer rating is how hard the o-ring is.  Higher = harder.  The 006 D90s were too hard to get on the small part of the reg piston.  The D90 012 should be much more resistant to wear.

Epicness will ensue.

Yeah, probably a good idea.  Running up on the tank only to have the Havoc go "pssh" really sucked hardcore.  But I'm fairly confident this is the fix.  There is no visible wear at all on these o-rings.  Even the o-ring that Lee supposedly "fixed" the Havoc with when I got it had wear and quickly died.  These D90 o-rings are pretty tough for Buna.  Plus I now have 49 more complete piston rebuilds (bought 100 D70 006s and 50 D90 012s).

I'm thinking the real issue was the small o-rings.  The manual says that some of the issues we were having are caused by the middle o-ring going bad.  I don't think we ever replaced those until now.

Either way, it works good now.
