Congratulations to ALL for great action, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. Mad props to BT and Karl for exercising all their MM experience to this event design - 3-Team formats are very difficult lay out and apply logistics and objectives evenly. WWIII utilized all of our resources and were pleased you appreciate the effort.
Here are the stats:
Total Players: 150
BT ran with CSA, Karl ran with MEC, and I ran with PRC.
Final Score:
Confederate States of America (CSA):75
Middle East Coalition (MEC):66
Peoples Republic of China (PRC):59
FYI: Armstrong Cable attended our event to interview the MM Team and get some action footage for a 30-minute cable special to be aired in September. Thanks for respecting the cameras on and off the field. Standby for updates.
Win, lose or draw, that was some intense and unique gaming - except for the blue-red "unholy alliance" which slowed action a bit and skewing outcomes. In truth, everyone knows MEC outplayed the CSA and PRC and if "unholy" points were deducted (or even halved), MEC WON THE DAY (and the moral battle). Let it be known that MM does not condone "unholy alliances" in any way, and if we run another 3-team format you can bet there will be penalties associated with it.
We have tons of great photos to share with you - please standby. Oh, and another issue of
MISSION PAINTBALL will be in production soon! B) Also keep an eye out for some great player-produced photos, video, and feedback.
