I've played at Crazy Daves 4-5 times, but never in their indoor field. It's not sketch, but they needed better refs at the time. That was 5 years or so ago though, I'm sure it's a bit different now. They have a badass tire field...
Urban is sickly dangerous. We played there for Riddlers Bachelor party like 8 years ago and I've been there 1 or two times since. The field is actually relly neat, it's just not safe. There are catwalks and cool fortifications, but as already mentioned its really slippery and the gravel sucks balls. I won't pay to play there again.
I wish the PGH Paintball Sports was still open in the strip district...

FTW .. haha I grew up playing there, always had a lot of fun there with my Spyder! The only bad thing was how messy you got haha, the wood chip floor was so soft but it would soak up the paint and become extremely wet, still fun though

Yeah. I got my family together at Urban Assault maybe 3-4 years ago. Had a reservation and everything, and they didnt have paint on hand for us to buy. They had the single red neck, highschool ref run out to either Wal-Mart or Dick's Sporting Goods to get 2-3 5 gallons buckets of the cheapest stuff they had. Rounds were so varied that I had paintballs shooting fine through my J&J, then all of a sudden, a round got stuck in the barrel. Didnt even break. Just STUCK in there. I was pissed. Also, the field is dangerous, quite frankly. Slippery, un-maintained, and there is little to no supervision by any of the staff. Crazy Dave's is a much better choice, IMO. I'd like to try and get 10 guys together for a private group and just have some fun. Pumps, electros, mechs, whatever. Mix it up.

Me and Riddler had some GREAT memories there. I used to rock the hell out of my Super Nova there. It was my absolute favorite place to play.

Crazy Daves is pretty close to grove city. I'd be interested in playing when I'm back in the area.

I think Crazy Daves will be our place of play. When do you get back to school, Riot?

Idk if I can make it up there. That is a long way away for me. I live 1.5 hrs from Mo-town, and its 1.5 hrs to Pittsburgh...so another hour drive would be a little too much! I think we should just suck it up and play in the cold! I'm up for some outlaw pump play!!!!

The only thing that sucks about playing out in the cold is that efficiency and paint SUCKS. I can ride two more people in the back of my truck since Sizzles said that she will be playing. Jackson may be able to take a few people. Not sure though.

My phantom actually performed quite nicely in the cold at Hoth last year. I'm running my 13ci on my phantom now, so the cold doesnt matter on efficiency. Paint is the only factor for me, and cold weather paint is pricy
