I sent him a pm about trading the PMR, plus cash. His original asking price is "$450 obo"
When I sent him the PM he said that I would need to add another $200. Does that seem reasonable? I thought that it was little to much. So I told him I would let him know tonight or tomorrow.
I just wantd to check with you guys and see if that was a good price. What you guys think?
(I didn't offer the Ion yet. Should I?)

No star frame from what I can tell. You also have to remember when trading the seller always starts high. So counter him with a 150 or so, but to be honest 200 is about right. I would say you PMR is worth about 200-225 right now and with the 200 he wants added that's about right. If you're adding that kinda money I would wait until you find the exact one you want.
With the Ion I would offer that to him, tell him all the ups, and add about the same 150.

Yea, he doesnt have a star frame, just a cure2 bolt. I would much rather give up the Ion than the PMR lol.
I don't really mind the color, it looks pretty nice, I am just looking for either all black, black and gold, or black and green really. Others would do aslong as they werent all red or all blue or something like that. I dont want something that stands out too much. Like Lee's, I like yours, its really nice! I just want to see if I can find a black one first.
But I think I am going to tell him no.
