GHOST RECON: Art of War by Mission Masters
Three Rivers Paintball - May 30, 2009

THE STORY:
Mexico City, 2014 – President of the United States James Ballantine, accompanied by Canadian Prime Minister Sir Robert Borden and Mexican President Ruiz-Pena, are attending a summit in Mexico City to sign the North American Joint Security Agreement (NAJSA). The summit is seen as a step toward a peaceful merger between nations and an attempt to squelch the rising coups carried about by a paramilitary cartel known as Los Zetas, an enemy that doesn’t play by the rules.

At the same time as the summit is taking place in Mexico City, the Ghosts – U.S. Army's most elite Special Forces team - receives word that a United States spy plane has been shot down over Nicaragua. Intelligence reports indicate that the plane was carrying a classified device codenamed “Guardrail IX” and a plot is underway for transfer of the device to rebels in Mexico City.

The mission to retrieve the Guardrail IX was aborted when Ghosts received word of a coup d’état beginning in Mexico City, at the Embassy where the summit is being held!

Will the Guardrail IX fall into rebel hands? What exactly is this mysterious device and to what end will the Rebels go to obtain and use it? Become the monster. Become the hero. The choice is yours at Ghost Recon: Art of War.

Ghost Recon is an amazing First-Person Shooter (FPS) video game series heralded with many awards including Game of the Year.

THE TEAMS:

TEAM BLUE
The Ghosts are a fictional elite United States Army Special Forces unit (Green Berets). The Ghosts are the spearhead of the U.S. Army’s rapid response to any contingency around the world. They are the first unit deployed into dangerous situations and the last ones to leave ("First In, Last Out").

TEAM RED
The Mexican Revolutionaries are vicious band of renegade soldiers and several urban fronts or militia cells. They claim to represent the rural poor in a struggle against Mexico’s wealthier classes and opposes the United States influence in Mexico. Other prominent areas of focus for the Revolutionaries include fighting against privatization of natural resources, multinational corporations, and paramilitary violence. These objectives motivate the group’s efforts to seize power in Mexico through an armed revolution. It funds itself principally through extortion, kidnapping and participation in the illegal drug trade.

Sucks you guys are gonna miss out, but graduation is a big thing and I know that everyone is proud of ya Fox! Congrats!

We should play limited paint at GR! I'll use the Tac8, Varnel use the T9, Scott maybe you could borrow Fox's Phantom? Killa would use his Phantom of course and he might even have a spare that Tanix could use. That would be awesome. Cool

Scott...limited paint...that's funny right there. Scott likes rapid fire a lot!

If the T9 is still around for GR I plan on using it a lot more than I did at COH. I got her tuned and ready to go now.

Time to turn over a new leaf. lol
V, you like to make it rain. We have helmet cam video of you on the etek to prove that. lol

Im pumped for GR. GR last year was my first scenario and just to look at how far I have come as a player is amazing. A player rep, multiple teams and just able to go out and have fun with great people. I am truly blessed. Thanks for making paintball something more than just a sport for me guys.

OK, enough blabbering. Back to game discussion!

I like to make it rain as much as the next guy, I'll be there first to admit that. You should see me when the TM7 goes into FA...and with the Rotor it's just gonna get worse!

Nathaniel, Link's Dad, is actually thinking about buying my T9. So we shall see how that goes. I am a sucker for money if you couldn't tell. I didn't even have it on the marker yet, and JJ sends me a text that says the T9 is sold if you want to sell it. I haven't 100% made up my mind to selling it as I haven't really given it a chance yet, but given the option to use the TM7 and any other gun I am going to pick the Tm7 90% of the time. I dunno if I can justify a 400+ dollar T9 just gathering dust. The only other gun I have is the SLG and I paid 130 bucks for it...so if it sits it's no big deal. If I can get it down to the Tm7 and SLG I think I might be content for a lil while atleast.
