First off, welcome to the forums man!
Depends on which ones. The older BT-16's have alot of problems. However the newer BT guns (BT Delta/Delta Elite, TM7) are amazing.

I personally loved the Delta Elite when I had mine, it shot amazingly, but it was to big for my style of play. I like to use smaller guns, like the Invert Mini. So I am actually getting a TM7 soon.

That is correct. You shouldn't have any trouble with a Combat

Glad you guys could help him out. I will also say the BT-4 is an awesome base for any marker. It will take everything you will throw at it and keep on tickin.

I have to disagree with the positive things said about the BT-4.
I don't like them. At all. Three Rivers has about 30 as rentals, and it's a true torture test. The BT-4s just don't stand up to the abuse that the Model 98s and 98 Customs do. The single biggest problem with BT-4s is the power tube is even worse than the 98 power tube. Crimson can back me up, in the past month I've replaced like 8 power tubes in BT-4s and not a single one in a 98 and TRP easily has 3 98s for every one BT-4.
I just don't like BT-4s at all. Not happy with them. They just fail way too often.

Thats why I said the Delta or TM7 They must have changed something in the newer models (Ironhorse, Delta,) to set them apart from the BT-4/BT-16 models. I never had one problem with my Delta. She was a nail driver! I will agree with you though, whatever deal TRP got on those guns must have been phenominal, otherwise I wouldnt have wasted the time on them. When Dean and I were up there last Friday I worked on about 10 of them, not pleasent.

i wish we had that pic of THE WORST shape I have ever seen a gun in. JJ knows. The inside was caked with mud or something, we let it soak in soapy water and stuff and then I scrubbed it. Still caked on. . . . .
