Guys, here...I have the OFFICIAL scoresheet to put this to bed. We were all wrong, actually...but the ONE thing that was correct was my original statement that the Preds would've won regardless of what the Humans and Aliens did...I was just wrong about the MARGIN of that win.

Below, "H" is Humans, "A" is Aliens, and "P" is...you guessed it...Preds.

Mission 1: H (15); A (0); P (5)
Mission 2: H (25); A (20); P (15)
Mission 3: H (35); A (40); P (35)
Mission 4: H (35); A (40); P (65) - first mission Preds took lead and never lost it...THIS was the deciding mission of the day
Mission 5: H (60); A (60); P (75)
Mission 6: H (75); A (70); P (90)
Mission 7: H (85); A (100); P (105) - The Aliens had a chance to win, yes, but...
Mission 8: H (85); A (85)
-15 from infraction; P (
120) - The Aliens would ONLY have scored 115 if the 15 point infraction wouldn't have taken place. The Preds only scored 15 points, so at the very best the Aliens would've lost by 5 points or, if the Preds wouldn't have scored at all, won by 10 points. The Humans, as you can see, really had no chance to win, but ended up tying the Aliens because of their infraction.
