I think the internals are a lot better as well as the trigger. I do not like the magazine nor were it's located. With the redesign, they should have made the mag and mag well closer to the trigger. They should have also made the mag well changeable to use the standard X7 mag well and mag. Those are my only peeves with the Phenom.

I doubt I will ever get one. I just hate the ergos on a milsim stlye marker. I can not sholder one comfterably with a mask on. But the technology seems ok. I dont really get why its such a big deal to switch from mech to electro. Just change yor batterie and dont wory about it.

Thats just the thing...If your battery dies on the field, you dont have to call yourself out to go change it. Just switch to mech and keep playing. I may pick up a Phenom for testing purposes only. Do an extensive test on it and then trade it for another gun to test.

My point is just chang your batterie befor you go play. I usually change mys of  batterie every two days of play. I have never had a gun go down because of it. And when my batterif does start to die there are usually warning signs. Its not just an on off thing.
